Privacy Notice
Last updated: 1 June 2026
This notice explains how we handle personal data collected through the Zsyncr coming-soon page (the waitlist signup form and the data-request form).
1. Who is responsible (data controller)
Zsyncr, Oddenvej 252, 4583 Sjællands Odde, Denmark. Contact for privacy matters: connect@zsyncr.com.
2. What we collect and why
- Waitlist: your email address, plus the date, your IP address and browser user-agent as proof of consent. Purpose: to email you when Zsyncr launches.
- Data requests: the email address and any details you provide, so we can verify and fulfil your access or deletion request.
We do not collect anything else on this page, and we do not use your data for profiling.
3. Legal basis
Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) for the waitlist, and compliance with a legal obligation / our legitimate interest in handling your rights request for the data-request form.
4. How long we keep it
Waitlist emails are kept until launch and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you withdraw consent or ask for deletion — whichever comes first. Data-request records are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and to evidence our compliance.
5. Who we share it with
Your data is stored on our own server. We only share it with service providers that help us operate (for example, an email delivery provider), and only as needed. We never sell your data.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. You can withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, use the data request form or email connect@zsyncr.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Denmark, Datatilsynet).
